Hello Mary, We just wanted to thank you so much for letting us rent your villa last week. We had a fantastic time. There was lots of room for everyone to relax, the pool was a BIG hit for the children. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for entertaining our family for Thanksgiving! Fortunately we had great weather! The villa was located far enough away from the traffic of Orlando, but close enough that it was not difficult to get to the attractions . It is very comfortably decorated and you have everything a family needs. Gary was very responsive and very nice. We did not need the aero-beds after all but it was nice to have them available just in case. Thank you again, hopefully if the need opportunity arises, we will rent the villa again! "Pure luxury - fantastic vacation" We were met at the villa and was shown around - the photos do not do it justice- it was beautiful and we were excited to be staying there. The children two aged 10 years and one aged 7 loved the themed bedrooms and the games room was perfect for self entertaining, the pool was great for relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious that you felt you were in pure luxury compared to home. The community was very quiet in fantastic location and very clean. Being only 10 minutes from Disney door to door was brilliant! The supermarkets Target and Walmart were very close along with a large variety of restaurants, with so many to choose from its difficult to have a favourite. As there was 7 in our party the villa was lovely and spacious. We occassionally ordered a takeway so we could eat at the villa, especially eating outside near the pool area, very peaceful. My whole family had a fantastic time that they cannot say what they enjoyed best... we cant wait to go back...Thank you Mary and Colin.

What a beautiful villa ! We have loved staying here the past three weeks. The pool is awsome, the kids have loved it. Hannah and all her family have had the time of our lives. The villa is stunning, everything has been thought of. The girls have loved the pool and everything there, it's been amazing.
Best holiday ever. Villa was great such amazing weather meant we used the pool alot !!!! You must do your own BBQ, SUN, POOL, and MEAT!!!! We have stayed in loads of villas and this is by far the best, we will be back. Thank you so much Mary and Colin your help and lovely home topped this amazing holiday. Fantastic. Thank you

Thank you for your lovely comments about Magnolia Dream. Many guests say our photos do not do Magnolia Dream justice, we will have to work on that one. You must have used the shortcut to Disney if it took you 10 minutes, i do tell guests 15 -20 approx. so Thank you it is nice to know it can be done in 10. I know you are excited about returning and we would love to have you back, our management said you were the perfect guests and again asked us to thank you for doing so much washing the cleaners thought it was wonderful. Don't forget to book early as we book up quicker and quicker each year now, already have bookings for 2012. Thank you again for your review. Mary and Colin

Hi Mary, We had a fantastic time! Your villa was everything we could have hoped for, our only complaint is that we weren't there enough as we were doing 10 hour days at the parks! (I think I managed just 3 dips in the pool, it would have been nice to have lazed about for a day!) Everything was really well laid out and in great condition, there was plenty of room for all 5 of the kids to disappear for TV time and the beds were really comfy - we all slept like logs from day one! Our favourite parks were Hollywood Studios and Epcot although all the parks were excellent. We cant wait to go back to Florida, there is so much more we could have done!! Hi Mary, We definitely had a great time in Orlando and enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Villa very much. Even the kids had a lot of fun. Florian (7 years) was in the pool whenever he could and Luca (14 month) enjoyed running around. Everything in the villa was as described as we've expected it. The only thing we've missed was a sunshade for the pool area but we bought an umbrella and a base which we left there for the next guests. Gary was also great. He really took care of us. We really could imagine to come back again. All our friends were really impressed by the pictures we have shown them.

Hi Mary, Let me just start off by saying my family and all of us were just delighted with the house. My husband, who can be a bit picky, just loved the house and thought I chose a really great house, so yes, we had a great time and would encourage all to definintely use your services. Gary looked after us well and was very good at helping out with a problem with the mother-in-law. The five bedrooms with a tv in each room was great. We didn't feel cramped even though we had 8 people in the party. Again, thanks so much for opening your wonderful home to us and I won't forget about looking first at your house listing when we return. This place is AWESOME !!!!!! Isak Lovely place, avoid Winn Dixie and go to the parks early, as your fast pass may not work as they run out on the day we went. Loved the villa best part of the vacation. How can anyone stay any other way? We will return Morgan, Charles, Sopie and Isak Thanks for letting us stay here and rent this villa. We arrived at the villa and were AMAZED !!! All the bedrooms and numerous bathrooms, not to mention the pool were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The kids Loved the Micky themed bedroom and bathroom. Chloe, John, Ruby Oh my goodness i think we might just move in- what a fab villa! Everything we needed including a blender for the cocktails!!! a coffee machine for the morning after. Only fault is to much to do and not enough time to do it all. Walmart is literally two minutes up the road and is good for browsing and shopping for bits. Kate, Chris,Eli and Oli

Eventhough the time was short and so much to do, we enjoyed it very much. My husband is complaining right now because he said that he did not have enough time to play pool and swim in the swiming pool. ;0)

We had a grand time in Orlando, your villa was just perfect. Should we ever return to Orlando you will be the first place we will look for avalibility. The boys loved playing football with some of the locals. If anyone said anything about the villa, then im afraid they would never be satisfied.
