How many people can stay?  Back to Top

Maximum amount of guests is 10 plus 2 children.


Do you allow smoking in the villa?  Back to Top

No for the comfort of all our guests we are a non smoking villa, but provided you smoke in the garden/pool area then this is okay.


Are pets allowed?  Back to Top

No for the comfort of all guests no pets are allowed at all.


Will there be towels in the villa?  Back to Top

Yes all towels and linens are provided for your stay. There are also some pool towels.


Are there hair dryers in the villa?  Back to Top

Yes there are hairdryers in all the bathrooms and straitening irons in two of the bathrooms.


Do you provide detergent/washing liquid etc?  Back to Top

We do give you a start pack of a toilet roll for each bathroom, liquid soap, trash bags, but once these are gone you will need to buy what you need. Washing detergent is sometimes left by previous guests and you are welcome to use that.


Do you provide internet access?  Back to Top

Yes we have Wireless connection you just need to bring a laptop. We do not provide a computer.


Is the villa cleaned during our stay?  Back to Top

The villa is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and cleaned after your departure, some guests like a mid stay clean and this can be arranged beforehand.


What way does the pool face?  Back to Top

The pool faces South West and has the sun for most of the day.


Is the pool heated?  Back to Top

Pool heating is a personal choice and is an optional extra. We recommend heating between October and April but some guests like heating all year round.


What is behind the villa, Is it private?  Back to Top

We have a secluded pool area as the villa is on an extra large plot the neighbours are not to close. The pool is secluded and you are not overlooked.


How do we find the villa and gain entry?  Back to Top

Once your final balance is paid we will send you directions to the villa and all other information that you will need.


What time can we check in? And depart on the last day?  Back to Top

Check in time is 4.00 p.m. local time and check out time is 10.00 a.m. local time. If a different time is needed then this may be possible by prior arrangement.


What do we do if there is a problem at the villa?  Back to Top

We have a fantastic local management company you can call as they are on hand to help with any problems and there is a book in the villa with details as well.


What about security?  Back to Top

Orange Tree is a quiet community but for extra piece of mind we have a monitored alarm system and a safe for your valuables.


How do we book?  Back to Top

You can book by either filling out the online booking enquiery form or by phoning or emailing us with your dates.


Why do you take a security deposit/waiver damage?  Back to Top

You are responsible for breakages or damage during your stay and the security deposit covers us for this. It also covers excess cleaning if necessary.


What about electrical items?  Back to Top

Most electrical appliances will work on a dual voltage, but for UK guests America voltage is only 110 volts, less than half the UK so some things will work much slower.


Is there any laundry facilities?  Back to Top

Yes there is a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.


Do we need travel insurance?  Back to Top

We would advise each member of your party takes out adequate insurance to cover all parts of your vacation.


Do we need a car?  Back to Top

Yes it would be better to have a car as even the nearest shop is two minutes drive but can get hot walking. The parks are all driving distances away.


How far are the shops and restaurants?  Back to Top

Publix supermarket is two minutes away, Walmart is five minutes up the road and the restaurants are five minutes up the road and plenty more on the 192 which is also approx five minutes drive.
