Magnolia Dream is both luxurious and spacious which families love! We often have two families or friends share and tell us that it's a great home with plenty of room for all.

All on one level the rooms lead of in all directions, they are tastefully decorated in light colours to appeal to all our guests. We have some fun themed bedrooms to suit children of all ages.

Being built on an extra large plot means you have neighbours that are not on top of you and with the garden fenced on all sides it really is a private villa.

Everybody deserves that something special when you have saved so hard for your vacation, Magnolia Dream is our bit of special we would love to share with you.

The Great Room

The Family Room is called the Great Room because of the high Cathedral ceilings and is a very spacious by offering 15 x 23 ft of living space.

We have provided a wide selection of entertainment in the Great Room for your enjoyment.

You could just sit back on one of our 3 compfy sofas and enjoy a family movie on our new Flat screen HD TV with Blue Ray DVD player, relax in an evening with a good book under the warm glow of the standard lamp or utilise the free wifi connection.

The choice is yours!

For the additional comfort and flexibilty we have also provided a sofa bed in this room along with a selection of DVD's, Books and Board Games to choose from.

Kitchen, Dining & Breakfast Nook

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you should need from a quick snack to a full dining experience. Microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, plenty of plates, cups etc for use by the pool and more.

Being an open plan kitchen, it's great for keeping up with the fun in the family room and joining in planning the next days fun. The breakfast nook has a round table and chairs to sit and have a quick cuppa or a full breakfast before going to the parks.

Pool Area

With Florida being the sunshine state it is no wonder the pool is a favourite part of guest's vacation.

Having our backyard fenced it gives absolute privacy for you while relaxing on one of the sun loungers, swimming in the pool or enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing in our fabulous Hot Tub.

The fence has been decorated to add a bit of fun to see while outside much nicer than blank wood.

The lanai is a welcome option for those who like to get out of the midday sun, and as our pool area has sun for most of the day this is a heavenly place to sit and have a cooling drink. The patio table and chairs are great for sitting and having a family lunch together.

For the safety of our little guest's there is a safety fence that goes across the Lanai and the doors leading to the pool area "beep" when opened.

Why not put on some coals and light up the BBQ, it only takes a few minutes to get started, burns well and cooks and tastes Yummy !!!

So much to try from burger's, sausage's to real huge steaks they all taste great. Outdoor cooking, easy to clean and so much fun for all.

Games Room

Adults and Children of all ages can enjoy the delights of what we have provided in our Fully Equipped Games Room.

A full size Pool Table, Basketball Shoot and a Foosball Table for some team playing, or maybe you fancy some sit down time with the Playstation 2.

There is a selection of pool toys for those who want to soak up the Florida sunshine rather than be indoors.

1st Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom comes complete with a King sized bed, huge dresser and two side chest of drawers giving plenty of room for your clothes.

There is an alarm clock to help get you going in the morning a phone with an answerphone, bed side lamps and Cable TV.

The Master Bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower double sink vanity unit, spot lights and large mirror, garden bath tub, and toilet. The walkin wardrobe has so much space for your hanging clothes and all that shopping for the return journey. There is also a door leading to the pool area for those who like a morning dip.

2nd Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has been decorated in an American theme giving a different feel to the other bedrooms.

The ensuite Bedroom comes complete with a Queen Bed, Dresser, two bed side Cabinets, a large built in Wardrobe and a door leading to the Pool area.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower, bathtub and vanity unit with spotlights and mirror and a cupboard with extra towels and pool towels for all the guests.

Queen Bedroom

This Queen bedroom is situated at the front of the villa with a bathroom all of it's own. The arched window lets in the Florida sunshine making the room light and cheerful.

With a large wardrobe, mirrored chest of drawers and bedside cabinet you have plenty of space for your clothes. An alarm clock will help get you up in the morning if the excitement has not got you up anyway.

Jungle Themed Bedroom

Simba and Friends are waiting to say hello in our Jungle themed twin bedroom where our large Lion shares your bed, but she won't mind sleeping on the floor.

The room comes complete with a TV, Bedside Lamp, Chest of Draws and Wardrobe.

You will also find a Cupboard full of Books and Board Games for fun family entertainment.

Mickey Mouse Themed Bedroom

Mickey and his friends are sitting waiting to say hello to you in this Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom.

The walls have Disney prints from Walt Disney World with a hand made Disney picture made espesially for this room to add a personal touch.

The room comes complete with a A Mickey TV a Bedside lamp lamp a Chest of Drawers and a Large Wardrobe with even more toys for the little ones.

3rd and 4th Bathrooms

The Mickey bathroom is shared between the two twin rooms and is decorated with a Mickey shower curtain and matching soap dish and dispenser, it all adds to the magic for children of all ages.

There is a shower, bath and toilet and vanity unit with mirror and a hair dryer.

The 4th Bathroom is located by the Queen Bedroom and has a shower, toilet, bath and vanity unit that has spot lights and a large mirror.

We have also provided a hair dryer and straighteners for our guests use.

For families travelling with little guests we have complementary use of a highchair, buggy/stroller pack and play cot, sterilising unit, and some car booster seats.

There are lots of board games for guests of all ages, toys for little ones, Dvd's and books which you are welcome to take with you if you are in the middle of reading, guests often leave books as well so there is all sorts to choice from.
